Customer service as a top priority
At GMA, complete customer satisfaction is our constant goal. Over the years, the company built a reputation for consistently delivering on customer expectations and contractual obligations. This is the ethos that drives our commitment to the projects we take on daily.
Sustainable relationships built on trust
At GMA, we believe that the success of a venture depends above all on the human factor. The mutual trust established with our customers is key to sustainable operations. The majority of our customers have trusted in us for a number of years, and their renewed commitment by our side helps drive our company forward.
A positive mindset
At GMA, we view each new project as a genuine opportunity. Rather than focusing on the difficulty of your technical issues to be overcome, we prefer to consider each one as a fresh challenge to which our teams can lend their extensive skills and expertise.
Our strengths
1. Technically versatile
With experience spanning more than half a century we have built a versatile team with complementary skills in several key areas:
- Mechanical design
- Robotics and automation
- Conveyor systems
- Packaging
- Hydraulic engineering
We use this multi-sectoral technical expertise to offer you standard and custom-built machines and production lines with the capacity to meet a broad range of applications.
2. Personalised project management
A dedicated specialist is assigned to each project to ensure successful delivery. An initial consultation is held to discuss your needs and your project coordinator will submit the outlines of a technological and commercial solution with the help of our support staff. Further discussions serve to gradually finalise the proposal and provide a final detailed offer tailored to your requirements.
3. Flexible and responsive organisation
With our versatile teams and personable approach, GMA has a recognised capacity for adaptation and operational agility. We know your time is valuable and deadlines are tighter now than ever before and we mobilise all the human resources needed to optimise delivery times.
